After over a year of visiting her for my skincare needs, I can confidently say she is the best in the business. Mel is not only incredibly professional, but she also takes the time to listen to your skincare concerns and offers tailored solutions that truly work. Her passion for aesthetics shines through in every treatment, and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. What I appreciate most is her gentle approach during procedures; she prioritizes your comfort and well-being. Unlike many in the industry, Mel provides honest, professional opinions rather than pushing products just to make a sale. The atmosphere at Restorativ is immaculate, adding to the overall experience. Melody and Ashley are truly incredible! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Their expertise and passion for what they do shine through—delivering a five-star experience that far exceeded my expectations. I also can’t say enough about the Epicutis skincare line—it has completely transformed my skin in just a few short days. I was honestly hesitant to switch to an entirely new routine, but I’m so glad I took the leap. No regrets whatsoever! The spa itself has a clean and relaxing feel to it. Ashley did a wonderful job w my lash lift, the price was better than I've paid at other spas.

Melody is a wonderful aesthetic nurse, she’s helped me stay fresh and age gracefully for almost 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with my results! She’s very informative and always explains how everything will go before I get any treatments. She also keeps me up to date on all her promos going on and never lets me miss a great opportunity. Cannot recommend her & the other Restorativ ladies enough.
